dilivery Service

Useless services , bad Services and worst Services , my first and last order which is order today , and it should be deliver in 90 minutes and until now 5 hours no one came , if someone is going to die and he order some from aster pharmacy for sure he will die because the medicine will not come on time , i think he should die because he order from aster pharmacy, i order burning gel for kid , because pharmacies is too far from my home , now 5 hours nothing happen

Bad Service

At 10:00 PM, I had a video consultation since I am not feeling well, and the doctor prescribed me medicines which I was told that I can order from the application “MY ASTER APP” and so I did, the information was it will be delivered in 90mins. So I patiently waited for 90 mins. After waiting for 90 mins, I then called the call center at around 11:30PM just for me to know that they can’t deliver the medicine as it does not show in their system, and I was told that it can then be delivered at around 2-3AM in the morning and that is the real joke, the reason that I took the video consultation is because I am not feeling well, then your company will tell me to stay up to 2-3AM in the morning. Am I really unfortunate of using the services of aster or it is just that you really have a bad service at all. I would really like to have a detailed explanation of this matter and your apologies are not really accepted. You are supposed to offer treatment and not to give additional stress to your patients.

Not to be totally negative about this, I would like to commend the call center agent who attended me about this matter, I just forget to get his name. But he was helpful and understanding of the situation.

I will be waiting for your explanation about this matter.

Never order or ask help from customer service

I called today trice to cancel my order as its medicine that i need to use today ans when i place the order wasn't showing that it will be delivered after two days, hence i called them to check if possible to deliver today at the first call the lady she says yes however i need to cancel my order or they will cancel and since its paid the refund will be withen 7 days and then they will send the medicine tonight however she need to check and give me call back and guess what she never call.
Second call was to miss H how asked me to cancel from my side amd refused to do it from her side and even asked me to send screenshots showing that i dknt have access to cancel my order how rude is that if i could cancel I won't call. Howeve yet i send the photo ln WhatsApp and guess what its Roberts seriously as this lady at call center aware anyways the third call luckily same lady answer so I don't need again to explain my issue and yet she insist to send the screenshots however when I explain that its robot word change now and ahe could cance the order however it takes 24 hours to be done and 7 days for money to be refund
